A: Our facilities are closed on most major holidays. Please call before a visit to check.
A: Our selection is first come first serve, as we constantly receive inquiries.
A: You can bring your own lock or purchase a new sealed lock or storage boxes at our front desk. No one else will have a key.
A: Our rental contracts are month-to-month agreements – no long-term lease is required.
A: You do not have to give advance notice. But you do need to sign a Termination Agreement at the time of moving out.
A: It isn’t required on our end, but you are responsible for the things you are storing at Ayres Self-Storage. You may be covered under an insurance policy you already have. Check with your insurance agent.
A: You will need to provide a valid, government-issued picture identification (e.g., driver’s license or passport).
A: Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa or Mastercard in person. Autopay is an option.
A: Yes, we offer this service.
A: While TV shows like “Storage Wars” and “Storage Hunters” are great, we do not currently offer this service.
